Year 3 Session 7, Week 2

The eagles had a four day week before spring break and they made the most of it. We dove deep into teamwork, SMART goals, and growing our seeds of potential. We hope everyone has a relaxing break, and returns reinvigorated to tackle the end of the school year!

LE Studio Update

Little Eagles had more fun with dinosaurs this week! They completed a scavenger hunt and played dino themed games. LEs also learned how to make their own tea and complete a basic table setting. We ended the week with an Easter party and egg hunt!

ES/MS Studio Update

Quest this week was led by an MS eagle and focused on teamwork. There was a scavenger hunt where partners had to find items with their legs tied together. Eagles also completed a partner challenge where one person had to describe a picture to someone who couldn't see it for them to draw as accurately as possible. During writer's workshop ES began drafting their creative fiction pieces tying in illustrations from Storybird. They are having a lot of fun making their ideas come to life! MS civilization discussions centered on map making and the traits of successful exploration. Which traits contribute more to successful exploration - persistence, creativity, or something else? We ended the week with spring break fun and an egg hunt!
