Self Esteem starts with what we think and say about ourselves.

What do you say about yourself when you look in the mirror?

Do you use self deprecating humor or do you only speak positively about yourself?

Do you give up before you start, or do you see yourself succeeding inside your mind?

Does your self esteem come from within or does is depend on external factors such as: the opinions of others, your clothes, body type, or social status?

Our life skills aren't just for kids. There are multitudes of adults walking around with low self esteem. The best way to shape your child's self esteem is leading by example.
